Hear about the team and TMK's culture
What we offer
- Our internships are paid at a competitive rate
- An introduction to specialty insurance and how the Actuarial & Analytics team uses data, actuarial & analytics techniques, and technology to inform decisions
- The opportunity to collaborate with team members, gaining practical experience
- Strong performance during the internship can lead to a spot on either our Actuarial Graduate Programme or our Analytics Graduate Programme

I joined TMK’s A&A division as an intern in 2014, where I was introduced to specialty insurance and the power of data analytics. That experience sparked my passion for analytics, and I was fortunate to join the team soon after. Since then, I’ve worked on diverse analytics initiatives across multiple product lines, tackling new challenges and learning along the way. Now, as a Senior Analytics Manager, I research emerging technologies and integrate analytics products to enhance decision-making across the business. TMK has provided me with the opportunity to grow, innovate, and make a real impact—it's an exciting place to build a career.
Aadarsh Shah
Senior Analytics Manager
