Kirsten was recognised for her leadership on IntelliMed, TMK’s innovative life sciences proposition. The judging panel praised her as a visionary leader in life sciences insurance, driving innovation in one of the most complex and rapidly evolving sectors.

TMK talent was celebrated across multiple categories this year:

• Nicole Parrish, Claims Adjuster, was shortlisted for Young Claims Professional of the Year.
• TMK received a Progress Award nomination for the 2024 TMK Carnival, led by Libbie Karikari and Isabel Melton.
• TMK also sponsored the Broking Innovation of the Year category.

Now in its 14th year, the Insurance Insider Honours is judged by an independent panel with extensive market experience, including TMK’s Amy Ing serving as a judge this year. The awards recognise outstanding achievement across the international wholesale, specialty and (re)insurance markets.
