TMK finished 2025 as the overall market leader for Claims service, achieving its highest-ever Net Promoter Score (NPS), surpassing the record it set last year, and ranking first in the market. For Claims, 89% of TMK’s service metrics were highly rated and 60% scored in the 'excellent' range – significantly above the market across every performance indicator. Brokers consistently praise TMK's responsiveness, technical knowledge and approachability, highlighting the team's expertise, commercial acumen and empathy.
