Tokio Marine Kiln’s Claims Team rated "Outstanding" for the eighth consecutive year and tops the market for Relationships and Communication, say brokers
Tuesday, January 30, 2024
LONDON: Tokio Marine Kiln’s Claims Team has been named first in the market for the service metrics of relationships and communication and has once again been awarded the Service Quality Marque for Outstanding service, by leading independent research firm Gracechurch.
This coveted rating, which Tokio Marine Kiln has been awarded consistently since 2017, is given to “Outstanding” insurers that are strongly recommended by claims broking specialists in London and to those that are consistently highly rated for commerciality and communication. Tokio Marine Kiln’s claims service was highly rated in 87% of cases with more than half of its service ratings in the ‘excellent’ range, securing its position as one of the leading Claims teams in the London Market.
This latest recognition is a demonstration of Tokio Marine Kiln’s ‘The Human Way’ philosophy which centres on seeing things through the lens of clients by listening to and understanding their needs. It is through this approach that TMK’s claims service has once again exceeded the threshold of 75% positive ratings and achieved this Outstanding marque.
Tobin Ryan, Head of Claims, said: “Being awarded the Service Quality Marque again for 2024 is testament to the fantastic way in which Tokio Marine Kiln’s Claims team lives by our philosophy and implements ‘The Human Way’ in everything we do. Our purpose to be there for customers in times of need is never truer than when a loss occurs and people are affected, and we strive to provide them with comfort and great service when they need us.”
